Today, our talented team of 33, and our wide pool of expert associates, are managing over 30,000 m2 of space in the North of England and advising on a further 15000 m2 of projects across the UK.

As a company, Creative Space Management has been recognised for its innovative approach to workspace management with numerous awards. In 2007 we won the RICS Award for Business Infrastructure and Facilities Management. In 2009, the British Institute for Facilities Management awarded us for Innovation. In 2012, we achieved the RICS and RIBA Project of the Year for Toffee Factory in the North East Region and the RICS national commendation for Regeneration. In 2015 we received the Best UK Neighbourhood award from the Academy of Urbanism. In 2016, we were announced as winners of the British Council for Offices Award for Best Commercial Workspace in the North of England.
