Toffee Factory, Newcastle

Opened in December 2011, Toffee Factory began development in 2009 when Creative Space Management was appointed to undertake a preliminary feasibility study g code herunterladen. Within 12 months the building reached 100% occupancy. Using local networks and an understated marketing campaign, the building has been widely acknowledged as huge success and has triggered further development in the lower Ouseburn Valley including the recent announcement about the HCA/Newcastle City Council site immediately opposite Toffee Factory herunterladen.
