Creative Space manages 15000 square metres of space in four buildings and provides office and workspace for 150 businesses that employ approximately 650 people. In addition Creative Space delivers flexible work hub and virtual services for a further 120 companies employing some 150 people as well as running conference and seminar programmes across all the buildings attracting around 25000 people each year.
In 2007, Creative Space won the RICS Award for Business Infrastructure and Facilities Management and in 2009 the British Institute for Facilities Management Award for Innovation. CSM provides management services for building owned by both public and private sectors delivering consistently high standards of services including 24/7 services, flexible plug and play offices, virtual services, anytime meeting rooms and informal work areas.
The company has recently been working closely with its partners and clients to help them deliver new centres currently on site or in development in Manchester, Doncaster, Newcastle, Great Yarmouth and Cardiff Bay.
