Creative Space acts as sole commercial agent on the serviced office schemes it manages and to date has let over 25,000 sq m of premium office space across the north of England.
In addition to working on office schemes in Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle, Creative Space acts as joint agent on a number of significant mixed used schemes including the multi-award winning Granary Wharf development in Leeds (pictured above) where it secured the first three A3 lettings in a then unproven new area of the city.
