Science & Technology Clusters

Creative Space specialises in developing clusters of high growth businesses, providing flexible incubation, start-up and grow-on facilities.

The company provided a change management process at the Advanced Manufacturing Park Technology Centre resulting in the loss-making business becoming profitable through significant improvements to marketing, lettings and customer relationship management.

With an active programme of events, networking activities and companies expanding from the Technology Centre into larger units, the Advanced Manufacturing Park has seen significant growth with Rolls Royce expanding its operations and the development of Sheffield University’s Nuclear Advance Manufacturing Research Centre.

Creative Space has also assisted Science City in Newcastle, leading on the development of the business plan for the first new building that opened on the  Newcastle Helix site in 2014 and which was the starting point for a 25 acre series of science and technology developments located on the edge of Newcastle city centre, adjacent to St. James’ Park stadium.

what our clients say

We love being based in the media centre as it is an aspirational building within the new media scene of Leeds. We can also take our clients to some top quality bars and restaurants that are right on our doorstep. At the end of the day, we run a successful business, and to do this it helps if we are around other successful businesses.
