blueprint is an innovative public / private partnership created to deliver a new model for regeneration in the East Midlands. Launched in May 2005 by the East Midlands Development Agency, English Partnerships and Morley Fund Management’s igloo regeneration fund (the private equity partner), its remit is to deliver economic, environmental and social benefits within a commercial framework.

Round Foundry Media Centre is flagship facility for digital and creative businesses. Located in Leeds and part of the fast-growing Holbeck Urban Village, it was initiated by Yorkshire Forward, the regional development agency for the region and is operated by Creative Space Management.

Electric Works is a new digital media centre in Sheffield, currently under construction, which will be at the heart of an emerging business quarter, close to the Cultural Industries Quarter (CIQ), Ponds Forge and Sheffield mainline railway station. Creative Space Management are providing consultancy services during the construction period and will manage the cetnre once completed.
