Recruiting Now: Building Manager, The Lumen, Newcastle

The Lumen is a 10,000 m2 Grade A office building that is currently being constructed and is due to be ready for occupation in April 2020. Creative Space Management has won the contract to operate The Lumen, together with The Core (an adjacent serviced offices building) which it already operates on behalf of Newcastle City Council.

The role of Building Manager is varied and demanding. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of The Lumen. You will be expected to manage, support and inspire a small team plus additional occasional casual cover and to ensure that The Lumen’s customers are receiving high levels of customer service in a quality environment.
