RIBA award winner Granary Wharf, for which Creative Space are appointed as commercial agents, has bagged yet another award being announced as the 2011 overall winner at the Housing Design Awards.
Granary Wharf includes buildings designed by three architectural practices and is a key component of wider city plans for the ongoing urban revitalisation of Leeds.
The stepped roofline of Watermans Place provides some of the largest private terraces you are ever likely to see on a residential development while the ground floor commercial units are exclusively reserved for start-up businesses.
Candle House, a 23-storey cylindrical brick tower is crowned by a spectacular communal roof terrace, with 360 degree views of Leeds.
Last year Creative Space was appointed to help to establish a public presence for the new development and ran monthly Pannier Markets at Granary Wharf attracting over 10,000 visitors as well as a number of one off events including live sheep shearing at The Big Knit and The Big Picnic.
