Creative Space Management achieves full compliance status against the Putting the Customer First standard.

This nationally recognised standard of customer service excellence involved a rigorous assessment process and the Creative Space team are delighted to have been found fully compliant.  Cherry Salt, Operations Director for Creative Space said, “We wanted to undertake Customer First because it is the national standard and for us, customer service is our top priority.  The assessment process has been really interesting and has involved the whole team taking a fresh look at our systems and procedures.  I’m really pleased with this recognition, it’s a credit to all our staff”.

Creative Space Management are one of the country’s leading specialist facilities management companies providing services tailored to the creative and media industries.  They operate Round Foundry Media Centre (RFMC), Yorkshire Forward’s flagship centre for digital and media companies located within the Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds.  Mark Ibbotson, who oversees the RFMC project on behalf of Yorkshire Forward said, “I’m delighted that Creative Space Management has been awarded compliant status, they take their customer service standards very seriously and this can be seen from the success of RFMC which operates at 96% plus occupancy”.

Andrew Clay, Centre Manager at RFMC said, “Being awarded the Putting the Customer First standard means a lot to us, our customer service team are the backbone of RFMC and ensuring our customers are happy and able to focus on their core business is our main goal.  I’m looking forward to getting the plaque installed in our reception!”

Creative Space Management will be applying these high levels of customer focus in Sheffield with their recent appointment to manage a brand new facility providing serviced office accommodation for creative and digital companies in the heart of the city.
