Round Foundry Media Centre, Leeds

Creative Space Management currently delivers a contract to manage the Round Foundry Media Centre in Leeds on behalf of Leeds City Council. The building provides grow-on workspace for small and micro digital and creative industries businesses. There are 30 businesses (180 people) based in the building with a further 60-80 businesses using the building as a hub for virtual office services. It involves providing facilities management, business support and facilitating the growth of new and early stage businesses. The building has 24/7 access and was the project for which Creative Space was awarded the RICS Business Infrastructure Facilities Management Award in 2007. The Creative Space Management team were (for a former employer) responsible for setting up Round Foundry Media Centre, developing and implementing the business plan from fit-out to full occupancy. Despite challenges in the national and regional economic context including greater competition, Round Foundry Media Centre remains a popular and successful serviced office centre for creative industries and new technology companies.

what our clients say

This is a creative environment and the companies that work here dare to be a little different and are early adopters of innovative technologies. Location and the building’s striking appearance are significant plus points. I think the environment allows us to raise our game.
